How To Hold A Successful Open House
It's time to take your open houses to the next level! Shift to the mind set that your weekend open house is going to be your lead generation tool for the week.
Call and door knock the surrounding neighbourhood. Let them know about your new listing, ask if they have friends or family that might want to move into the area... "by the way, are you curious about what your home is worth right now?", "If you needed any real estate information do you have anyone that you could call? No, isn't it great to know that you now have a friend you can call?!" and pass them your information.
Invite your sphere to the open house. Remind them you are always their to help. Past clients in the neighbourhood are great to invite as well. It's a great chance for them to see what home values have become where they live, and just maybe they will pass it on to someone they know.
Your goal is to convert your open house leads to appointments. Below we have included some of the great scripts we have been introduced too over the years.
