Q: Tell us a little about the process.
A: Our decision to sell our house was made quickly, and our house put on the market only 2 weeks after making the decision. Keller Williams, and our agent, Cec Sibernagel, made the whole process seem simple. After a single meeting to discuss strategy, our house was on the market by the end of the same week. It was then sold at almost the asking price within 1 week. This all happened while we were away on vacation. It was a lot less stressful to have such reliable and competent representation while relaxing at our cottage.
Q: Tell us about the turbulence (if any) you experienced, and how you felt we responded to the situation in finding solutions.
A: As often happens with a real estate sale, the buyer included a conditional offer for a home inspection. Since we were away on vacation, we were unable to deal with a concern about the possibility that we had asbestos in our attic insulation.
Q: Were you satisfied with the outcome?
A: Yes. Dylan came to the rescue and personally delivered a sample of the insulation to the lab for analysis. As expected, the sample proved to not contain asbestos. However, had it not been for Dylan’s efforts, the whole deal would have been in jeopardy.
Q: Would you hire us again?
A: We would use the Silbernagel Team of Keller Williams Realty again, and would recommend them to anyone.
